Research Description

Our group aims to drive therapeutic innovation from molecular insight about the unique features of Ewing sarcoma and other fusion-driven tumors. Ewing sarcoma is an aggressive tumor in pediatric, adolescent and young adult patients and urgently needs new treatment strategies that are more effective and less toxic. We integrate genomics, molecular biology and biochemistry in a variety of model systems to uncover novel biological features of Ewing sarcoma and identify new therapeutic vulnerabilities.
