Research Description:

My lab is applying a range of biochemical, biophysical and single molecule approaches to answer mechanistic questions about chromatin dynamics and how it is modulated to regulate gene expression. We are currently focused on key transcription regulators including histone post translational modifications and their readers, transcription factors and transcription co-activators. In addition, we are working to develop new DNA nanotechnology devices to investigate chromatin dynamics.
