The research focus of Singh lab is on intracellular ion channels and their role in organelle to organ physiology. The current projects are focused on elucidating the role of intracellular potassium (mitoBK) and chloride (CLICs) in cardiac and neuronal cells by using electrophysiology, imaging and physiological measurements.
