Research Description

Our research focus is clinical computational oncology – the application of computational approaches to leverage the immense available and potential data from tumor genomic profiling to improve outcomes for patients with cancer. We employ computational approaches to diverse high dimensional data types (tumor sequencing, circulating tumor DNA, digital pathology) with linked clinical data to enhance our understanding of breast cancer biology biomarkers and targets.
